                                              CLUB POLICIES

 

1.  Dues will be paid quarterly, due the 1st of January, April, July, and October with a 30 day grace period.

                                       Individual Plan $20 per person

                                        Family Plan $40 per family

 

2.  In order to dance in an exhibition, you must have attended three out of the last six practices preceding the exhibition unless the Director approves an exception.

 

3.  Since we are a performing group, members must perform in a minimum of 25% of the exhibitions annually.

 

4.  Guests shall not be brought to private performances or practice without the Director's approval.  A private performance is one not open to the general public.

 

5.  Leaves of absence for pregnancy or long term medical reasons will be granted.  Members will continue paying club dues, will have their performance percentages frozen until they resume performing, and will retain their partners.
